Welcome to Oryen. By creating an account you agree to these terms. This document is a template and not legal advice — please have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it.

Not medical care

Oryen is a self-reflection and wellness tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment. The AI coach can be supportive but is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must provide a valid email and be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction.

Free trial and billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at €8 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current period. Applicable taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Oryen for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store it and to send relevant excerpts to our AI provider to deliver features to you.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
